The taste of Greenland.

Fjord sailing with lunch.

The fjord at Nuuk is one of the largest fjords in the world, and a boat trip allows you to get up close to the pristine nature that surrounds Nuuk.
It may be hard to imagine, but once you glide through the calm waters, maybe there are sea eagles flying in the air, and the water surface is a peek at the rich fish life, the grandeur of the world seems to reign here.

The sailing trip lasts 5 hours and a guide is with you all the way.
Along the way you will be treated to lunch.
Bring warm clothes for a comfortable trip.

Greenland National Museum.

Get close to the first people of Greenland and experience history up to the present day. The Greenland National Museum stores and exhibits objects spanning thousands of years, from the earliest Inuit to the present day. Discover the famous mummies and costumes from Qilakitsoq and get up close to the oldest and almost completely intact skin boat, dating back to the 1470s.

There’s something calming about experiencing Greenland from the water, and the further you get into the fjord, the more ice you’ll see. Louise Fruekilde, traveler with Travel by Heart Greenland.
